David Michael Adams, M.S.,  a graduate of the University of Tennessee Rehabilitation Counseling program.  After Graduation he was a Rehabilitation Counselor in Florida, taught in an Undergraduate Rehabilitation Program at Troy University, and was the Director of a three County Mental Health/Mental Retardation Center in Troy, Alabama.  Since 1980 has worked with 16 states and 3 Rehabilitation Continuing Education Programs , becoming the Director of the Great Lakes RCEP in 1986.  He has developed and presented multiple training programs for rehabilitation professionals and independent living center staff members and directors.  David has served as project director on numerous National Short-Term Training Grants ranging in scope from ADA to Marketing/Placement to Impartial Hearing Officer.
