Outreach

     How are we going to identify ticket holders?

     Once we identify them, how will we let them know that they will be receiving a ticket?

     What are we going to tell them when they call?

     What if they want to work with VR and another provider?

     What does our relationship with other ENs look like?

     What about individuals who are not currently on our caseloads – do we want to market to them?

     Do we have a marketing plan?

     What will other agencies and partners be telling ticket holders?

     What is our role in ensuring accurate information is given?

 

Intake

     How will we determine an individual’s ticket status?

     Do we have mechanisms for determining an individual’s benefit status at the time someone enters our program?

     How will we ensure than an individual’s ticket is not already assigned to an EN when they come to our agency?

     If the ticket is already assigned, how well prepared are we to explain and act upon the issue of reassignment?

 

Plan

     How well prepared are we to give individuals enough appropriate information to make informed choices about ticket assignment?

     Do all of our counselors understand the Continuing Disability Review (CDR) protections under the Ticket Program?

     What are our mechanisms for doing ticket registration?

     Whose responsibility is ticket registration – the counselor’s, the office’s, or central office?

     What guidelines are we going to use for deciding between Outcome Payments, Milestones and Cost Reimbursement?

     What if the referral came to us through an EN?  How does this affect the plan?

     What is our internal process if we cannot come to an agreement with the EN and the consumer surrounding the IPE?

 

Closure

     How do we track individuals throughout the 60 month outcome payment period?

     What mechanisms do we have to provide appropriate intervention for individuals after their VR cases have been closed?

     How do we learn about changes in employment for individuals who are no longer active with VR?

     How do we get the required earnings data?
