Hi Pat,

I will be out of the office tomorrow and wanted to get this statement to you in case Larry calls.  I will be back on Monday! The following is the statement that I will forward to Seymour if Larry thinks it's a go.

The Michigan Legislature has appropriated approximately $250,000 in state funds for the purpose of assisting blind youth in transition and specifically calls on the Commission to provide low vision evaluations and aids to these blind youth.  Since this revenue is comprised totally of state dollars, it is our intention to utilize these state funds for the purpose of matching federal dollars for transition and other VR services.
