This delegation authorizes the Department of Aging and Disabilities to make purchases that meet your requirements for hand controls for vehicles used by your clients.  This delegation requires that you secure bids and keep copies on file.

No prior approval from this office will be necessary.

This delegation is effective until December 31, 2000, at which time it will be reviewed.

When processing invoices for this material, please show the above number (BDA-43) on the payment voucher.

NOTE:  Agencies are reminded that all actions taken under this BDA must comply with the provisions of Administrative Bulletin No. 3.5 “Contracting Procedures.”
